SkyWater Search Partners is seeking a Territory Account Manager for a local client of ours.

Our client is a small to mid-sized, industry leading, manufacturer and distributor of environmental solutions that has multiple offices nationwide. They are looking to add an experienced sales rep that will focus on managing an existing territory to build relationships and increase sales in the industrial OEM and Automotive space.

This position offers flexibility to manage your own schedule from a remote office, no overnight travel, a strong compensation package with high commission incentives, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an existing book of accounts to expand revenue
  • Develop new business within an assigned region
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Meet with prospective and existing clients to develop relationships
  • Achieve assigned sales goals
  • Negotiate with customers and support the sales team

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3-10 years of outside sales experience in the industrial space with a background in manufacturing/machinery/fleet/equipment/fuel/Automotive
  • Ability to work remotely and cover a territory spanning the greater Twin Cities Metro
  • Demonstrated history of success managing existing accounts and developing new business
  • Engineering/technical sales background preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
