They are looking to add a strong Account Manager that can maintain + grow existing client accounts with a secondary focus on creating new relationships within their St. Paul, MN territory. Their ideal candidate will be located near the St. Paul area, be comfortable meeting with their client base face-to-face throughout the week and have strong presentation skills.  With a mix of profit sharing, sales contest bonuses, and top performer incentives, this is the perfect role for someone with a hunter mentality that wants to truly own their territory and grow their career as their own “CEO”.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts within your designated territory
  • Develop new business relationships that will take your territory to a new level
  • Travel within your territory to meet current and prospective customers face-to-face
  • Provide exceptional customer service with the help from a sales support team
  • Meet and exceed annual sales quotas

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience – outside sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent presentation, communication and problem solving skills desired
  • Valid driver’s license with a great driving record
  • Hunter mentality with a can do attitude
