Territory Sales Manager
Our client is a 30 year old distributor of automation machinery that they sell into various industrial markets. They work with the top manufacturers in their space to provide custom machinery solutions and services to help streamline the manufacturing processes of their clients. They are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to take over a strong existing book of business focused on Minnesota and North Dakota.
The ideal candidate will come from the industrial space and be comfortable with traveling throughout the territory 3+ days a week. They will work the full sales cycle with both existing and potential clients to delivery best in industry machinery. This position will come with strong base pay and uncapped commission earning potential.
Responsibilities
-Run full sales cycle activities including face to face meetings with clients on regular basis within the territory -Work with manufactures to provide custom industrial solutions and set schedules for deliverables with the clients -Occasionally attend trade shows and networking events with manufactures -Work collectively with rest of sales team to become product experts
Desired Skills and Experience
-2+ years of territory sales management -2+ years of industrial sales -Comfortable with working long, complex sales cycles -Ability to commute within assigned territory with overnight stays
