SkyWater Search Partners has been engaged by one of our oldest clients to help them fill a newly created role for their growing organization. The position is a Total Rewards Analyst, reporting into their HR Director. This individual will collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to bring cohesion and best practices to their Total Rewards work. Our ideal candidate will be analytically minded with the polish to present and work with executive leaders on compensation strategies, practices and approach. 

Responsibilities

  • Support all areas of total rewards
  • Streamline and own the compensation process
  • Market analysis and job pricing
  • Benefits administration
  • Vendor management
  • Consult with business leaders
  • Use data to present to leadership and make recommendations

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple, completing responsibilities
  • Experience determining compensation strategy and structure
  • Knowledge of Leaves of Absence laws and processes
