Transaction Advisory Consultant (Remote)
We have partnered with a well known Global management consulting firm to help them grow their transaction advisory practice.
The firm is highly focused on work-life balance — anything north of 40 hours per week is considered overtime and paid out in the form of a semi-annual bonus at full rate. You can expect to enjoy high flexibility between onsite/remote/client location work and there are no industry silos — you will work across a wide breadth of industries and clients. Work includes pre-post transaction accounting advisory for SEC filings, spin-offs, IPO’s and debt raises.
Ideal backgrounds are tier-1 or Big 4 public accounting backgrounds.
