UI/UX Designer

We have partnered with this relatively new organization and a seasoned leadership team to find a UI/UX Deisgner We are looking for someone that's coming from a modern technology background, Agile principles, and the ability to connect with a team through coaching, intelligence, and high-energy as this person is going to be responsible for working with an insurance product team navigating challenges and interdependencies.
To be a fit, we are targeting candidates with 2+ years of professional experience working with customer facing web applications, partnering across departments, Adobe products, prototyping, mockups, wireframes, and user testing.
This is a full-time, permanent position with salary, bonus, benefits and the opportunity to be a part of a company moving very quickly.
Must be local to MN and cannot require sponsorship.
