Our client, a fascinating and growing company in the Twin Cities, is looking for an underwriter to evaluate cases and determine whether they’re strong enough for funding. What does this mean? This person will:
- Read the application to gather an initial understanding of the legal claim
- Review documents relating to the claim, including medical records, police reports, incident reports etc. and request additional information as needed
- Make recommendations as to the rate and fees
- Handle other miscellaneous tasks
Compensation is highly competitive.
