New Head of HR search! ? I’m thrilled to be partnering with one of Tampa, Florida’s most dynamic and rapidly expanding CPG brands. As they navigate this exciting phase of growth, we’re seeking a visionary leader to step into the role of Vice President, People & Culture.

This brand is backed by a prestigious Private Equity firm that we’ve successfully supported in other top HR leadership searches. Now, we’re looking for someone who can bring their strategic expertise and passion for people to help drive this brand to new heights.

You’ll be driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering a best-in-class culture, and tackling the unique challenges of a fast-growing organization head-on.

Position Highlights:

• Direct impact: Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be a key member of the executive team, guiding the company towards a shared vision and instilling values that resonate throughout the organization.

• People Leadership:  You’ll get to evaluate and upgrade HR capabilities while leading a talented HR team.

Who we’re looking for:

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in both large and small high-growth organizations.
• Proven leadership in HR strategy, ideally within a private-equity portfolio company.
• A deep passion for the brands you’ve supported and a track record of driving results.
• Humility, empathy, a sense of humor, and sharp critical thinking skills.
• A love for the Tampa area and a desire to collaborate onsite with your team.  This position is required to be onsite 4 days/week.
