Vice President of Sales
I have been retained by one of my Twin Cities industry leading manufacturing companies to help them find their next Vice President of Sales.
This position will develop and drive year over year organic sales growth, and the execution of commercial strategies in alignment with the company’s core business strategies. The role will be responsible for building sales capabilities, through team and process enhancements, while working closely with Engineering, Marketing and other departments to shape sales & business strategies.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be considered, you will need 15+ years of total Sales experience of which the last 5+ years has been in a Sales leadership role. The hiring manager is extremely sharp and will expect excellence where this hire is concerned. You will need manufacturing industry experience to be considered and must have a great understanding of running a sales process.
