Kirsten received her B.A. in Business/Human Resources from Bethel University and her M.A. in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. If you could give your younger self advice, what advice would you give?

Dad was right, “life is all about connections”. Take the time to invest in people, it’s the most rewarding investment you can make.

What’s one thing you wish all candidates knew about job searching?

A job search can be taxiing and partnering with a recruiter who specializes in your field can add significant value and open up opportunities you wouldn’t otherwise be privy to.

Describe your perfect day off.

My perfect day would be brunch, the St. Paul Farmer’s Market and a hike at Lake Elmo Park Reserve with my husband and three daughters.
