All of our testing instruments are valid, reliable, and court-tested for use in selection or development.

Available Add-On To A Retained or Engaged Search Agreement
Clients who partner with a SkyWater Search recruiter on a retained search have the option to add a candidate assessment for all finalists. This service is not available for Contingent search agreements.
