Technical Business Analyst
SkyWater has partnered with a growing manufacturing company that’s looking to add a Technical Business Analyst (ERP) to their IT team!
This position is open in anticipation of a new product line launch coming in 2025, and is a great opportunity for a motivated self-starter who wants to put their stamp on technical decisions that will shape this organization’s future.
Candidates should have strong SQL skills, experience working with ERP/WFM systems, Business Intelligence tools, and a background in manufacturing or distribution environments.

Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in systems integration, specifically within ERP + WMS platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, as well as Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Power BI).
- Must be a highly motivated problem solver who is comfortable collaborating between departments to uncover and resolve problems.
- Local to the Twin-Cities and comfortable working under hybrid models.
