SkyWater Search is partnering with a pioneering life sciences organization seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to support multiple locations across the U.S. This role is critical in aligning HR strategies with the organization’s growth and scientific innovation goals. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring in-office presence five days a week, with monthly travel to other locations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to leadership teams, aligning people strategies with business objectives
  • Build deep understanding of team dynamics, goals, and talent development needs
  • Lead workforce planning, succession strategies, and performance enablement initiatives
  • Analyze and communicate HR metrics and insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, development, employee relations, and exit processes
  • Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, L&D, HR Systems, and Benefits to deliver integrated HR support
  • Support a culture of learning and continuous development at individual and team levels

  • Experience in life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical technology industries
  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
