Senior Human Resources Business Partner
SkyWater Search is partnering with a pioneering life sciences organization seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to support multiple locations across the U.S. This role is critical in aligning HR strategies with the organization’s growth and scientific innovation goals. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring in-office presence five days a week, with monthly travel to other locations.

Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to leadership teams, aligning people strategies with business objectives
- Build deep understanding of team dynamics, goals, and talent development needs
- Lead workforce planning, succession strategies, and performance enablement initiatives
- Analyze and communicate HR metrics and insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, development, employee relations, and exit processes
- Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, L&D, HR Systems, and Benefits to deliver integrated HR support
- Support a culture of learning and continuous development at individual and team levels

- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and knowledge of relevant employment laws
- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with data-driven HR metrics
- Ability to coach leaders and manage change across diverse teams Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical technology industries
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
