Senior Commercial Finance Manager
SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with a long-standing Twin Cities client to hire a Senior Commercial Finance Manager. This high-impact role will serve as the key finance partner to Sales—leading pricing strategy, margin analysis, and Gross-to-Net planning. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Procurement to drive profitable growth Lead pricing strategy, margin analysis, and product/channel-level profitability Manage and forecast gross-to-net components: trade spend, rebates, and deductions Strengthen cross-functional alignment to improve financial transparency and ROI Support new product launches and ensure pricing strategies offset cost inflation Lead and mentor a team of analysts Drive process improvement and support ERP system enhancements
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or commercial analytics Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills Sales finance experience and ERP knowledge are pluses Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
