Engineering Manager (Remote)
I’m working with a long-time mid-size SaaS client (high growth + PE backed) to bring on a remote Engineering Manager. They are looking for someone who has climbed the technical ranks who as at least a couple years of being a Software Engineering Manager / Lead Engineer over a product team building web-based apps. If you are a servant leader and strong communicator that brings people, process, technology management experience to the table we should connect.
Desired Skills and Experience
*Experience with leading distributed teams overseas is a must (this hire will have a team of 12 FTEs) * What's needed - Collaboration, project management, ability to remove roadblocks, advocate for the team, mentoring, architecture leadership * Main tech stack for this team is Node, React, MongoDB, GCP * Agile environment using Kanban
