Compensation: $110,000 base salary

The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst who will work directly with our CFO to help build and scale the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) function. You’ll play a central role in transforming how we manage and forecast our business, from designing reporting tools to driving decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CFO to architect and scale the FP&A function, this is a high-visibility role with a seat at the strategic table.
- Design and build core financial models (forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning) from the ground up, models that will shape how we run the business.
- Create and deliver management reporting packages for executives and the board, helping translate financial data into strategic insights.
- Work cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops to align financial plans with business goals and KPIs.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and offer actionable recommendations to drive growth and improve margins.
- Help automate and modernize reporting processes using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms, less manual work, more value-add insights.
- Play a key role in supporting fundraising efforts, investor reporting, and strategic planning.

Desired Skills and Experience
- 3 - 6+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; Excel should be second-natural.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a builder’s mindset, you’re not looking for a playbook; you want to help write it.
- Excellent communication skills, you can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proactive, curious, and always thinking one step ahead.
- Bonus: experience working in high-growth, startup or venture-backed environments.
