Senior Accountant
We are partnering with a rapidly growing commercial real estate and design-build firm on an exciting Senior Accountant opportunity.

They’re adding a Senior Accountant to the team—someone with 2–4 years of public accounting experience who’s ready to bring their skills into a fast-paced, collaborative industry setting.
You’ll report to a Senior Accounting Manager who is fantastic—someone who has advanced through multiple roles within the company, which speaks to the strong growth potential at this organization!

Responsibilities
- Manage and track fixed assets, including capitalization and depreciation schedules
- Assist with complex technical accounting matters related to owned properties or business units
- Perform detailed general ledger reconciliations for key accounts such as investments, debt, and distributions
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and support related compliance reporting
- Calculate and project monthly incentives, bonuses, or variable compensation
- Support day-to-day operational accounting activities such as payment processing and banking functions
- Contribute to technical accounting work for partnerships, joint ventures, or intercompany arrangements
- Coordinate the annual audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and managing auditor requests
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions, performance tracking, or incentive calculations
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- At minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- CPA license strongly preferred
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred
