Senior Accountant
Title: Senior Accountant
Salary: up to 105K (bonus eligable)
Location: Vadnais Heights – onsite daily
SkyWater is partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing company in Vadnais Heights to hire their next Senior Accountant. This is a hands-on, highly visible role supporting both day-to-day operations and key elements of the financial close process.
This role has a high level of visibility to senior leadership and the Controller has a goal of mentoring and grooming this person to be a future leader for the organization!

Responsibilities
- Own the Accounts Payable cycle and fixed asset tracking
- Lead purchasing card administration and assist with expense reporting
- Post journal entries and reconcile key balance sheet accounts
- Support job cost reviews and standard cost updates
- Assist with audit preparation and tax reporting (sales/use tax, 1099s)
- Partner across departments on continuous improvement and compliance
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and process-minded
- Strong communication skills
