Senior In House Attorney
A well-established and growing organization in the insurance industry is seeking an experienced attorney to join its in-house legal team in a senior capacity. This role involves managing legal risk related to litigation and claims, with a focus on strategic resolution and cost containment.
This person will be responsible for evaluating claims and potential litigation risks to help guide business decisions; monitoring policy exposures and supporting loss prevention strategies; and developing internal legal processes and mentoring junior staff.
Candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school; licensed to practice law and preferably 10+ years’ experience in insurance litigation, coverage, or related legal work. In-House experience is a plus.
