Sr. Recruiter
We’re looking for a strategic, experienced Senior Recruiter to lead hiring efforts across a range of corporate and manufacturing roles in the U.S. In this role, you’ll work closely with business leaders to develop talent strategies to bring in top talent to support the organization’s healthy growth trajectory. This position has the flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days/week.
Responsibilities
- Source Top Talent: Use job boards, social media, events, and industry platforms to find and engage the best candidates.
- Partner with Leaders: Work directly with hiring managers to understand team needs and curate individualized hiring plans.
- Drive the Process: Lead effective intake meetings, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure quality hires.
- Leverage Data: Track and analyze recruiting metrics to refine strategies and boost results.
- Build the Brand: Help strengthen the employer brand and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all recruiting efforts.
- Create a Great Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional candidate journey from first touchpoint through onboarding.
- Collaborate with Agencies: Manage and coordinate with external recruiting partners as needed.
- Innovate and Evolve: Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to keep the talent pipeline strong and diverse.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in senior-level recruiting, ideally in manufacturing or similar industries.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and guide hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
