We are partnering with a dynamic, growing set of clinics who are seeking a results-driven Marketing Director to lead strategic marketing initiatives during an exciting period of expansion. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to build structure, drive growth, and make a measurable impact in advancing care accessibility and awareness.

This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and represents a unique opportunity for a marketing leader passionate about healthcare to join an organization committed to innovation, patient care excellence, and community impact.

 


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition 

  • Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives including digital media placement, billboard advertising, social media, and website optimization

  • Establish marketing structure, processes, and rhythm to support scalable growth

  • Partner with leadership to align marketing efforts with business expansion goals and new service line launches

Brand Development & Patient Acquisition

  • Drive brand awareness and positioning 

  • Create compelling marketing campaigns that highlight unique technology and patient experience advantage

  • Optimize patient journey from awareness through conversion and retention

Digital Marketing Excellence

  • Oversee digital marketing strategy including website performance, SEO/SEM, social media engagement, and online reputation management

  • Leverage data analytics to optimize campaign performance and ROI across all channels

  • Stay current with digital healthcare marketing trends and compliance requirements

  • Balance digital initiatives with traditional referral relationship building

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members to achieve ambitious growth targets

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical teams, operations, and leadership

  • Establish clear performance metrics and accountability for marketing initiatives

  • Foster a culture of innovation, measurement, and continuous improvement

Required Experience & Qualifications

Essential Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience with proven year-over-year growth in marketing/sales

  • Demonstrated success in healthcare marketing, preferably in specialty medical practices

  • Experience managing marketing budgets of $500K+ with clear ROI accountability

  • Proven track record in multi-channel marketing including digital, traditional, and social media

  • Leadership experience with direct report management and team development

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Deep understanding of patient acquisition strategies and healthcare consumer behavior

  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance and regulations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in marketing technology stack and CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in both B2C marketing and professional referral relationship building

  • Familiarity with medical device marketing and technology adoption

  • Experience with practice expansion and multi-location marketing coordination
