Human Resources Director
SkyWater Search Partners has been engaged with an industry-leading vehicle manufacturing client in the North Metro. The client is searching for their next Director of HR to lead people strategy across multiple locations. The role partners with senior leadership to align HR efforts with business goals and oversees key HR functions including talent development, employee relations, performance managment and policy implementaiton.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic HR partner to business leaders
- Lead organizational design, succession planning and talent initiatives
- Oversee compensation, benefits and employee engagement strategies
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to HR team
- Manage complex employee relations and performance issues
- Drive standardization of HR processes and systems
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and HR practices
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- HR Certification strong preferred
- 8+ years in progressive HR roles, including manufacturing industries
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Strong communication, coaching and project management skills
- Data-driven, adaptable, and collaborative leadership style
