Accounting Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Hybrid: onsite 2-3 days a week

As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Accounting Manager to join the team and support the organizational growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and variance analysis to support decision-making and provide insights to senior management.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual audits, reviews, and tax filings
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls
- Undertake special projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned by leaders
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in a construction or professional services firm
