Director of Technology Solutions (MN / WI only)
We have been engaged by a prominent Wisconsin based financial institution with more than 125K members and 400 employees to help them find their Director of Technology Solutions. This newly created growth role will report to the CIO and will be responsible for the strategic digital banking strategy as they look to modernize their customer facing technology offering. They are seeking a collaborative leader that’s looking to make a true impact that can properly position their digital products and solutions for future growth.
Must reside in WI or MN, hybrid role (ideally on-site at least 1-2 days a week). No sponsorship is available.
Desired Skills and Experience
* BS in technology or business related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree * At least a few years of prior management experience * Own planning and delivery of digital products while maintaining regulatory standards * Manage a small team while overseeing vendor relationships and working internally with cross functional teams * Experience in banking / financial domain or an adjacent market is desired
