Cyber Security Manager
SkyWater Search has partnered with a manufacturing organization looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to strengthen and oversee their information security program and safeguard critical digital assets.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with security tools, a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, and the ability to guide incident response and risk management efforts. Just as importantly, this individual will collaborate across IT and business teams and help foster a culture of awareness throughout the organization.
This is a great opportunity for a cybersecurity professional ready to take ownership of core security functions, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and make a measurable impact in a global environment.
Must be willing to work onsite in the southwest metro 4-5x per week

Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including team leadership
- Hands-on expertise in deploying, configuring, and managing security solutions (SIEM, IDP/IPS, endpoint protection, network segmentation, and encryption technology).
- Experience with cloud security controls
- Interpret vulnerability scans, penetration testing.
