Senior Manager Strategic Finance
Opportunity to build a brand-new finance function from scratch and step into the CFO seat shortly thereafter!
One of our long-time clients has recently acquired a $1bn business and the CFO is seeking a strong #2 to help modernize the finance function. This organization was privately owned and never had a robust financial org and is seeking someone who knows what “good” looks like but has experience with ambiguity, problem solving, and building from the ground up.
This hire will be directly in line to take the CFO seat near-term, and learn from a fantastic, high-EQ leader in the interim.
The ideal candidate will have extensive corporate finance experience, ideally a mix of big and small company, or investment banking/private equity operator experience with top-notch modeling ability.
