Commercial Lines Account Executive
SkyWater Search has partnered with a growing insurance brokerage seeking a dedicated Account Executive to manage a diverse book of commercial clients and provide exceptional service across multiple industries.
This role will focus on developing strong client relationships, negotiating coverage, and ensuring clients receive the highest level of expertise and support. The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in commercial lines, the ability to manage complex accounts, and the communication skills to partner effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a book of middle-market commercial clients. Negotiate renewals and market coverage options with carriers. Provide strategic risk management advice and responsive service. Collaborate with producers and internal service teams to ensure client satisfaction. Oversee day-to-day account servicing, including endorsements, certificates, and claims coordination.
Desired Skills and Experience
10+ years of experience in commercial lines account management or account executive roles. Strong knowledge of property & casualty coverages and carrier markets. Proven ability to manage complex accounts and client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Active P&C license required; professional designations (CISR, CIC, CPCU) a plus.
