The Bilingual HR Business Partner will play a key role in driving people strategies across multiple locations, supporting leaders and employees in achieving organizational and individual success. This role requires strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills to connect effectively with a diverse workforce. The HRBP will travel regularly throughout the Midwest to be a visible, trusted resource.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, engagement, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, internal investigations, and conflict resolution with discretion and care.
  • Support onboarding, development, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
  • Leverage HR systems and people analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Drive improvement in retention, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Champion talent management and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure consistency and alignment across the HR functions and respective client groups.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and experience supporting geographically distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, coach managers, and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the Midwest 25% of the time.
