Operations Manager
The Operations Manager oversees and directs the manufacturing and warehousing functions, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This role is accountable for expanding team capacity and capabilities through cross-functional planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and focused team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across manufacturing and warehouse facilities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
- Implement and maintain processes that optimize production throughput, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment
- Develop, manage, and track departmental budgets, ensuring cost control and alignment with company financial goals.
- Directly manage and mentor manufacturing and warehouse supervisors, fostering leadership skills and accountability
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in management/ team building
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience navigating quality systems and continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree required
