Senior Compensation Manager

We are supporting a global leader in sensor technology and sensor-based solutions to find their next Senior Compensation Manager for their North America business (approximately 850 employees across the U.S. and Canada with Latin America expansion plans).

This is a high-level individual contributor role with the opportunity to build a small team over time. The Senior Manager will serve as both a strategic partner and hands-on practitioner, responsible for designing and executing all aspects of compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation strategy and execution for North America.

  • Partner regularly with the North America Executive Team, HR Business Partners, and Board of Directors on compensation matters.

  • Manage annual merit and bonus cycles.

  • Drive compensation-related compliance and transparency initiatives.

  • Serve as lead for the SAP SuccessFactors compensation module implementation (planned for 2026).

Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience.

  • Global perspective, with direct U.S. and Canada compensation expertise.

  • Strong executive presence; comfortable interfacing with executive leadership.

  • Hands-on experience in bonus and merit planning, and compensation operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; CCP certification preferred.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and able to balance strategy with execution.

  • Flexibility for global time zones (early morning/late evening calls) and international travel up to 10%.
