SAP Business Analyst
SkyWater Search is partnering with a growing company in the manufacturing industry that is seeking an SAP IT Business Analyst to join their IT team.
This person will be responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP business processes across sales, production, supply chain, finance, and related areas. The role involves a mix of business analysis, SAP configuration, and solution delivery with a strong focus on improving processes, enabling adoption, and driving efficiency across the enterprise.
Hybrid role (four days on-site per week, must be located in the West Suburbs of Chicago.

Responsibilities
Propose innovative IT solutions to improve business processes and efficiency. Write functional specifications and coordinate with developers, configurators, and infrastructure staff. Configure SAP S/4HANA to meet business requirements and enhance existing processes. Lead testing, documentation, training, and change management for IT solutions. Provide timely support for business issues including ticket monitoring, troubleshooting, and communication with stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, process design, and functional specification writing. Hands-on configuration experience in SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Cost Center Accounting). Experience delivering reporting solutions to support finance and business needs. Familiarity with SQL, EDI, ABAP, Power BI, and MS Office (Excel). Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
