Corporate Counsel
SkyWater Search is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the Twin Cities that is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its collaborative legal team.
This role offers the chance to handle a broad mix of legal work, including contracts, government contracting, compliance, and risk management—all while working closely with both legal and business teams.
Highlights:
- 5+ years of legal experience (construction, contracts, or litigation background a plus)
- Federal/state government contracts experience (required)
- Opportunity to review/negotiation contracts, advise on compliance, and support claims/risk management
- Competitive compensation ($130k–$170k base + annual bonus + profit-sharing)
