Northern Virginia – Litigation Associate
SkyWater Search Partners is assisting a stellar top national law firm that is quietly expanding its Northern Virginia litigation team due to significant practice growth and client demand. This is an unposted opportunity for mid-level litigation associates to join a dynamic group handling complex commercial matters across industries.
Ideal candidates will have 3+ of big law experience, including:
- Experience analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs on sophisticated legal issues
- Exposure to motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and class certification matters
- Experience with trials, depositions, or hearings (preferred)
This position offers a competitive compensation package ($220k-$350k+), strong mentorship, and the chance to work with a nationally recognized litigation team on high-value matters. DC-commuters welcome!
