Operations Associate (Hybrid – NJ)

Location: Hybrid, 2–3 days per week onsite in Seagirt, New Jersey

Our client is a fast-growing coaching and education company in the health and wellness space. We just placed their head of Marketing, and now we’re looking for an Operations Associate to support their founder and leadership team. This role combines executive support, operational coordination, and light marketing execution.

About the Role

The Operations Associate is responsible for managing daily workflows, calendars, and event logistics; coordinating communication across the team; and ensuring operational excellence during launches and live events.

This position requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and comfort working in a high-energy, fast-moving founder-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support including scheduling, correspondence, and travel coordination.
   

• Oversee and improve day-to-day operational processes.
   

• Assist with planning and executing live events, retreats, and marketing launches.
   

• Support light marketing tasks such as posting content, updating materials, and tracking engagement.
   

• Help onboard new clients and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
   

• Communicate effectively across team members, vendors, and event partners.
   

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, executive support, or similar roles.
   

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
   

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
   

• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace; experience with CRM or email tools a plus).
   

• Energetic, professional, and adaptable personality.
   

• Must be based within commutable distance to Seagirt, NJ for hybrid work.
