General Manager- Sales & Operations
The General Manager of Sales and Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of inside sales, warehouse & service activities of the organization, ensuring they are efficient, safe, and meet standards.
Responsibilities
- Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Oversee inside sales team and drive sustainable growth YOY
- Ensure inventory levels are appropriate to meet the needs of customers
- Foster and maintain best in class company culture as the site leader
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5 years managing successful inside sales team
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
