Senior Finance Manager
Incredibly unique strategic finance leadership role for a growing CPG org near Madison, Wisconsin. This is with a company that has a track record of hiring up-and-coming talent and stretching them into leadership roles — if you’ve ever wanted to be CFO, this is the place to get the right experience.
Our client is seeking someone who can own the entire P&L, lead a team, present to the board, and build processes/models from scratch. This will be heavily involved in commercial finance/partnership across the sales organization as well, so will have a direct hand in driving revenue growth and optimizing company results. The organization has Fortune 500 leadership across the board and high standards for the talent they hire.
They have an incredibly meritocratic, highly collaborative culture and you’ll work under a CFO who is a high-EQ leader that is heavily focused on growing and mentoring his team. You would be second-in-command for the entire finance org so from a visibility and growth perspective, it does not get better than this.
The best part? I’m looking for up-and-comers for this. The ideal candidate will have either public company FLDP/rotational program OR PE-backed FP&A experience, and currently be a Finance Manager who is looking to take the next step up.
