Environmental M&A Attorney – Remote
SkyWater Search Partners is assisting a prestigious Midwest-based law firm with its search for a skilled environmental regulatory attorney to join its thriving M&A practice.
An ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience providing federal and state environmental law and regulatory guidance to clients. Experience with complex M&A deals or transactions a plus, but not required. Due to the specialized nature of the role, this client is offering the role as remote. A passing UBE score is preferred for proper licensure.
Depending on JD year and/or years of experience, the expected comp range is $235-265k with market bonuses, collegial culture, and great benefits.
