HR Director
Location: North Metro, MN
Compensation: $140,000–$160,000

Our client is a privately held, founder-led organization in the North Metro, Minnesota area within the construction and exterior restoration industry. They are hiring their first Director of Human Resources, a trusted business partner who can bring clarity, confidence, and capability to a growing workforce.


What You’ll Lead

• Build and scale a cohesive HR function with structure, compliance, and strong foundational processes
• Develop a seasonal and full-time talent strategy that supports growth across multiple states
• Strengthen onboarding, safety programs, and workforce readiness
• Partner closely with senior leadership to shape culture, leadership expectations, and organizational design
• Lead and mentor a small, capable HR team (Recruiter + HR Coordinator/Support)
• Ensure multi-state compliance, policy creation, and consistent standards across field and office environments
• Serve as a visible, relationship-driven advisor who earns trust quickly at all levels
