Operations Manager
SkyWater is partnering with an existing client to find an Operations Manager for their growing team! Our client is a quickly growing, PE backed landscaping services organization that works in the residential and commercial markets across Minnesota. They’re looking for a strategic Operations Manager who can oversee field crews, manage scheduling, maintain safety & quality at each job site, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple project teams (lawn care, landscape maintenance, and seasonal snow crews).
- Manage daily scheduling, routing, dispatch, and end-of-day coordination.
- Conduct routine site visits to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a primary customer contact for any questions, scheduling, project updates, and resolve any service concerns.
- Manage equipment usage, maintenance needs, and inventory levels.
- Other duties or projects as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of operations, branch, or site management experience leading a team.
- Experience working in landscaping, lawn/snow services, or similar services industry preferred.
- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites when needed.
