We’re seeking a Database Administrator passionate about optimizing large-scale PostgreSQL environments on AWS. Responsibilities
Administer and optimize AWS Aurora PostgreSQL and Amazon Redshift environments Drive database performance tuning, automation, and disaster recovery readiness Partner with Engineering and Cloud Ops to deliver high-availability, compliant solutions Lead small-scale database initiatives and guide best practices
Desired Skills and Experience
Technical 4-year degree 3–5+ years DBA experience, ideally in SaaS Strong PostgreSQL and AWS Aurora hands-on skills Familiarity with AWS services (CloudWatch, IAM, S3, Lambda) Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR) Local to Minnesota Cannot require sponsorship
