IT Manager (Minnesota only)
SkyWater is partnering with a Minnesota-based manufacturing company to identify an IT Systems Manager who will help shape the organization’s technology vision and support growth through long-term planning and thoughtful resource allocation. Based in the Twin Cities metro, this role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful, enterprise-wide change within a well-established organization.
We’re seeking a pragmatic, proven leader (local to Minnesota) with a track record of building strategic roadmaps, delivering measurable ROI, and maintaining a strong cybersecurity posture while enabling scalable infrastructure and business systems.

Desired Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience
- Experience in Cybersecurity, IT governance, and disaster recover.
- Proven expertise in IT management within a complex business environment
- Strong resource management skills
- Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity best practices.
