SkyWater is partnering with a family-owned, values-driven consumer products manufacturer to identify an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a mission-critical, high-trust role supporting a hands-on, growth-oriented CEO and serving as a key partner in advancing the organization’s strategic priorities.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, highly relational environment and is motivated by impact, discretion, and long-term partnership. The Executive Assistant will act as a true extension of the CEO and executive team, providing operational excellence, strategic support, and thoughtful judgment to enhance executive effectiveness and organizational alignment.

This role blends executive-level operational execution with strategic partnership. While flawless administrative support is essential, success in this role requires anticipation, critical thinking, and the ability to operate several steps ahead in a dynamic business environment. The Executive Assistant will be deeply embedded in the business and entrusted with sensitive information, complex priorities, and high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the CEO’s complex calendar and inbox, aligning time, priorities, and communications with strategic objectives and sensitive matters.
  • Coordinate complex domestic travel, itineraries, and briefing materials to ensure seamless preparation and execution.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, anticipating needs and driving alignment, execution, and follow-through on high-impact priorities.
  • Maintain real-time visibility into CEO initiatives, commitments, and preparation materials; track action items and ensure accountability.
  • Draft, refine, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, including presentations, correspondence, and talking points.
  • Act as gatekeeper and liaison for executive-level requests, confidential matters, and key stakeholder communications.
  • Support board and executive meetings, offsites, and strategic planning sessions, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism and diplomacy, building trusted relationships with board members, senior leaders, and external partners.
  • Drive operational excellence within the CEO’s office by improving systems, processes, meeting rhythms, and supporting special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of executive-level support experience, including at least 3 years supporting a C-suite executive.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve complex issues independently.
  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with sound judgment, discretion, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • Polished, confident, and professional presence with the ability to build trust and credibility with executives, board members, and key stakeholders.
