Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction initiatives across mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Own schedules, manage risks, align stakeholders, and drive product launches from concept through deployment. You will also help establish PMO processes in a rapidly scaling environment.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 5+ years project/program management experience with 2+ years in engineering environments Experience leading new product development in complex manufacturing environments Ability to thrive in ambiguity and influence without formal authority Collaborative, decisive, and execution-driven leadership style
