Vice President of Operations
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead and scale multi-site industrial distribution and service operations across a growing, multi-state footprint. This role will have full responsibility for operational performance across warehouse, logistics, purchasing, customer service, field service, and shop service/repair functions, while partnering closely with sales leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of operations across 7+ locations.
- Lead field service and shop service/repair operations
- Implement standardized operating procedures and KPIs, partner with sales and customer service teams to deliver seamless execution.
- Own operational cost performance and productivity.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of industrial distribution or services experience.
- 5+ years of senior multi-site operations leadership.
- Experience supporting growth or acquisitions.
- Proven warehouse, logistics, and service oversight.
