Warehouse Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations including warehouse execution, labor performance, SOP creation, workflow optimization, packaging improvement, equipment maintenance, safety, and overall facility efficiency. This role drives continuous improvement and accountability across operations to support growth and reduce operational inefficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse and fulfillment operations to ensure accurate, timely shipping and receiving.
- Establish daily/weekly priorities and ensure labor is deployed to meet shipping and production needs.
- Create, maintain, and enforce SOPs across warehouse, fulfillment, and shop workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (layout, bin locations, staging, pick/pack flow, error reduction).
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years leadership experience in warehouse/fulfillment/manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated ability to build processes, implement SOPs, and enforce standards.
- Comfortable using operational systems (Fishbowl experience preferred).
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment involving heavy product handling.
