Controller
We are partnering with a high-growth, Manufacturing company in Minnesota to hire a Controller to lead financial operations across multi-entity domestic and international activity.
This role oversees all accounting, reporting, cash flow management, and inventory accounting in a growing business. The Controller will work directly with ownership and play a central role in financial discipline, operational visibility, and future strategic initiatives.
This role would be onsite with flexibility for a day or two remote/week.
Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll)
- Own monthly financials, EBITDA reporting, and cash flow management
- Oversee inventory accounting and COGS analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams
Desired Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of experience (3+ in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role)
- Manufacturing experience
- Strong inventory and cost accounting background
- NetSuite experience required
