Our new hire started his first day yesterday, and the future seems bright. Emma was really great. She was extremely professional and drove the process along without being super pushy. The Skywater team has been great so far.

I love working with Kirsten. We originally connected at the beginning of this year. She reached out to me to discuss my current position (as a candidate). I can say from my perspective of using her as a recruiter she was amazing. I felt like we connected really well, and she truly understood me. When I knew I had an open position within my department, I knew I had to reach out to her. I also had three other firms working on filling this position. Kirsten was the only one who brought me candidates. Our new employee seems like a great addition to our team. She jumped right in last week and helped me process our payroll. I will continue to reach out to Kirsten as our department grows as well as share her contact information with everyone I know in a hiring position.
Julie was an absolute delight to work with. She presented exceptional candidates that were right on point for what we were looking for. Her follow-up and ongoing responsiveness were also exemplary. I don’t normally use placement firms for hiring but if we were ever to have a need again, I would definitely call Julie.

This is the 3-4 time I have worked with Ben and I can honestly say I would not want to work with anyone else for PM / Construction candidates. He spends the time to find the right people and does a great job finishing the hire with me once we have decided we want to move forward. He is the perfect blend of being proactive but not pushy. My experience working with Corey Fitzgerald was great. Communication was always very clear, transparent, and responsive. The quality of his submittals to us for the AME Manager role was good and almost always met what we were looking for. Not only the quality of candidates supplied was impressive, but the quantity, too, especially in this market. Overall I was impressed with Corey and would be very open to partnering with him in the future to fill more of our roles.
