SkyWater is partnering with a growing, value-added reseller specializing in cybersecurity solutions.  By leveraging their strategic partnerships with industry leading cybersecurity vendors, they’ve become a valuable and trusted partner for their clients across the country.

Their team is looking to add a strategic Account Executive that will be instrumental in the development and growth of their Minnesota territory along with the surrounding states.  This individual will be responsible for generating new business relationships in the area by calling and meeting with executives from both the private + public sectors to discuss their current cybersecurity concerns and present appropriate solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities by connecting with cybersecurity decision makers in MN
  • Exceed monthly metrics pertaining to calls, meetings, and gross revenue targets
  • Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline to ensure both short term and long term success
  • Stay updated on industry trends to capitalize on changes and opportunities in the market
  • Report, track and manage relevant sales activity and data in CRM
  • Ability to travel within the MN territory and surrounding states as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of cybersecurity sales, software sales, or another closely related field
  • Experience working with large organizations in both the private and public sectors
  • Strong history of building lasting customer relationships and exceeding revenue targets
  • Knowledgeable in using CRM tools used for forecasting, tracking, and sales reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree with a Business, Management, or another related focus
  • Excellent communication, customers service, and organizational skills
