SkyWater is partnering with an industry leader in custom modular displays that are uniquely designed for trade shows and other exhibit needs.  With a wide variety of offerings, their team is able to support any company that is looking to take their branding experience and revenue to the next level.

Their team is looking to add a dedicated Account Manager that can oversee an existing book of business, educate clients on new product offerings, stay up to date on industry trends, and deliver world-class customer service.  The main responsibility of this individual will be to ensure a high rate of renewals each year, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell other products to best fit the needs and visions of their customers.

An ideal candidate for this position is someone that is creatively spirited, has a passion for building + growing business relationships, and has experience in the trade show/custom exhibit industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an existing book of business to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success of each client
  • Act as a dependable advisor to build strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Execute client meetings and presentations to help bring the best ideas and branding to life
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to fulfill client requests and deliver world-class service
  • Bring strategic value by identifying growth opportunities for clients and the business
  • Present annual recaps to current customers to promote renewals and upselling opportunities

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience managing an existing book of business – trade show/exhibit industry a plus
  • Have a proven track record with successful renewal campaigns and driving new business growth
  • Ability to understand customer visions and bring ideas to life that will elevate their branding
  • Proficient with business tools such as Microsoft 365, Outlook, CRM, Claris FileMaker, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
