Responsibilities
-Performing daily specialized accounting tasks -A/P coupled with review of subcontracts -A/R deposits and monthly statements -G/L entries -Reconciling credit cards -SALT Compliance of Sales Taxes -Reviewing accounts and maintaining contracts -Administrative tasks working with the Service Billing Specialist and others within the company
Desired Skills and Experience
-Experience with A/R, A/P -Compliance of Sales Taxes and credit card & bank reconciliation -Associates or Bachelors in Accounting is highly preferred -Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment -Strong communication skills and computer skills are essential to this position -Experience with ComputerEase and intermediate level of Excel is a plus
